The cover of the card features a black and white photo from The Seeing Eye archives with some subtle color accents. Seeing Eye co-founder Morris Frank stands in the open front doorway of a home facing the camera with his female German shepherd Seeing Eye dog named Buddy in harness. Buddy is black and tan and Morris and Buddy are standing on a fine Persian rug. Morris is sharply dressed in a tweed wool coat and suit - his cuffed pants' legs and tie peeking out from underneath his coat. Morris' left gloved hand is holding Buddy's harness handle and his right hand is obscured by a tower of three wrapped presents. The top of the open door is almost obscured by a subtly colorized Christmas wreath with green boughs, a red ribbon, and brown pinecones. Behind Morris and Buddy, wintry branches and power lines are silhouetted against the twilight sky. A garage across the street and a snow bank can also be seen.   The message inside is printed in text and Braille: "Warm wishes for a season filled with timeless joy."  Morris Frank and Buddy Cards come in a plastic box containing 20 cards with 20 envelopes.
